The previously mentioned position probably pays 200,000 to 300,000 with 1 to 2 million in bounus and incentives to stay on. VP of human resources makes more money than all the SWA exec's put together, imagine that. Did you know that UAL has over 500 exec's making between 200k and 300k a yr plus mega bonuses!

I'll never understand this recycling of management from one position or airline to another. They always hire them for their "experience"....even though they may really suck at the way they run the airline...its always the experience that they look for...unreal. And dont forget the pay that is "required" to keep these knucklheads on board....gotta pay 'em so they will stay!!! :puke:
