The only thing I'm trying to prove here is that you are full of sh*t. I believe the new PCL rates are still south of where everyone in the industry needs to be but unfortunately they are right in the middle.

Those numbers still aren't correct from when I was there. Then again, I worked there starting in July, 2002, so the pay scale must have been raised since the numbers you obtained.(I worked under the green book). I bet you're still using an older contract, I think that one was the blue book.

My apologies for hurting your feelings. Must have struck a nerve for you to come out swinging like a "message board heavyweight champion of insults".

You RJ guys work hard and deserve to make a lot more than what they pay you. The point was that the bar hasn't been raised for a very long time. If you want to debate the matter further, we can do it in person over a beer, sometime. Otherwise, I'm out, and good luck to you with your new contract.
