The new rumor was that FLOPS (maybe HIG) was going to buy Avant Air.

As for the business, we keep growing. As per the press releases, we are striving for profitability (hopefully by the end of June). Stability is a rare word in aviation, so I'm not quite sure how to answer that.

As far as pilot basing dwindling, I seriously doubt it. With the way airline ticket prices are going, don't be surprised to see them trying to find cheaper airports to run crews out of.

Tracy Chaplin was a former FLOPer. Now gone (thankfully by all accounts). As for being bought out, who knows. We'd read about it in the press right along with everyone else. I seriously doubt it would happen as the current BOD is very interested in seeing this through.
