That is the mentality of AWA? I need to save this crappy job (pre-merger) because I am unqualified to exist without it! I will end up in the unemployment line! Why not apply for another job rather than collect unemployment?

I don't have a dog in this fight, but it appears the "easties" are now in the position to be stapled and leave it at that...fence then for three years then put out a system bid and let the chips fall where they may..the wanted out of the union, they got it!!

They wanted a FAKE union....they will now get what they asked for...not what they had in mind however.
