I can see it now. A TV spot with people pissed off, sleeping in the DTW terminal when the 30 year old DC-9 goes TU, a gate agent blowing off people she just bumped to a flight six hours later, and rude flight attendants treating people like cattle. Then the announcer says, "Northwest Airlines, we may suck...but others suck worse." That's perfect!:laugh: I love it.
