Yea, nevermind all the money the Teamsters spent on the original organization campaign for 1108. The benefit is strength in numbers. Teamsters are everywhere and not just 1108 Teamsters and they won't provide services to NJ if it means crossing a picket line. I'd prefer that to standing on an island with an in-house union. Just my opinion.

Whatever. I'll take my chances.

So the Teamsters are going to just roll over?

Now THAT'S funny!

Yeah, we're just a bunch of stupid pilots over here shootin' from the hip. :smash:

I'd actually like to offer you a job to do some posting like you do here. I'll pay you $5.85/ hour but you have to provide your own internet connection, computer, travel expenses.

I have never seen anybody do such a great job at creating solidarity than you. Everyone here hates you, and I love you for it. :erm:

Smooches,

Fischman

I just think it's a hoot...

For months, everybody posts and says how great the union is and that the FLOPS pilots should just fall all over themselves in support of IBT and 1108!!

Now that NJ get's their "Industry Leading Contract", they expect to cut the IBT out and tell the teamsters they can't have their cut of the dues money? They have a business to run too you know! :crying:

FYI, and I don't think I'll be alone on this. But I think that there will be just a little pushback from the IBT.

In the process, I'll be laughing my butt off, as it continues to prove everything I've written about unions creating turmoil.

Hell, if you can't find turmoil between the work group and management because you have a contract you can live with, you might as well take on the IBT!

Hey, FLOPS Guys, Y'all watch this! ROFL!!!

Since we do all the legwork, and pay 100% the bills, it doesn't make any sense at all to send 25% of the membership dues to an organization that provides no return on that money.

What a wonderful example.

An entity does all the legwork and puts together a business and starts to do well, then all of a sudden the union comes in and decides to spread the wealth in a manner that they think is appropriate rather than how the company thinks is appropriate.

It looks to me like the NJ pilots don't like the fact that they are forced to pay money out that they don't want to. How awful! :crying:

Now they want to kick out the Teamsters because the teamsters want their cut. ;)

I think that it's perfect... Such poetic justice that NJ pilots are paying 25% of their hard earned union dues to an organization that they percieve does nothing and has no use within the company. (Kind of like a union!!):bawling:

Perfect... ROFL !!

Did you get turned down for a job? Is that why you're so bitter?

Do you hate pilots? Do you hate unions?

Are you John McCain?
