Looks like the pilots just got their first taste of profit sharing. I see the pay stub on ourASA, but it hasn't been posted to my bank yet. Still good news though.

I know the amount was prorated this quarter, so it may be lower than some expect. I'm also not sure if we met performance goals.

Checks will be posted on February 11th. Monday.

Income during the quarter multiplied by the airline's net profit margin for said quarter.

Example: $15,000 Quarter-to-date earnings multiplied by a healthy 5% profit margin equals $750 bonus for the Quarter.

The checks are in your box. And they're only for our financial not for performance as I understand it. Since we didn't meet the perf goal we don't get it but we do for the financial goals that were met. Any SKYW guys have any input on this?

There is no way for SkyWest employees to know if ASA met their performance goals for the Quarter or not. But you have the main idea down pat.

Amazing how we didn't meet our performance goals considering that in December our A14 and completion factor was the highest of any reporting DCI carrier.

Performance is based off of D: 0, A: 14, Bags, Customer Satisfaction, and Completion Factor. I doubt you beat everyone in everyone of those categories.

Wow, I just checked my paystub, and I got an incredible $35.00 after taxes! Now I can eat tonight (mc donalds of course).

where did you check that on ourasa?
