A Standard & Poor’s analyst said today in a note to investors that Mesa is at risk of a “significant judgment” in a separate lawsuit filed by Aloha Airlines that probably will raise issues involving Mesa and Murnane from the Hawaiian case. He rated Mesa as a “strong sell.”

I would rate Mesa a "Bail" for current pilots and an "Ignore" for prospective pilots.

JO will tell the MAG pilots that they either agree to a substandard contract or the company will go bankrupt/shut down because of the judgment. And the pilots will run scared and give it to him again just to save their upgrade.

China is so determined to get their regional program up and running by the time the 2008 Olympics start, as nice big fat cash injunction wouldn't surprise me if Mesa became strapped for cash.

They are a long way from being bankrupted, but the fact that the judge made them post an $80 mil bond can't be helping much.

Besides, we all know that the porn Murnane was trying to hide was all the naked pictures of JO daughter.. that's why it took three different computers to store it all

I heard that the board asked JO to resign, and he refused. Also, 80 pilots left in Oct, with 80 already leaving the first 1/2 of Nov.
