It's ok, I am voting for it.

Smacktard...I think you are correct. Sad thing is that everyone I have talked to agree this TA is not good...but they simply don't want to fight anymore.

But give details..don't say language or commuter clause? I have ask several people details and they ramble about a few things, that amount to NOTHING!

Voting yes here in less than 24 hours and know alot more yes than nos.

Well the transfer of aircraft in the next two years you will take another pay cut and go back to the line=SMART !!

Details:

I don't like all the open language in the scheduling section. We have 2 pages detailing the scheduling committee, line construction etc. Only to close it with "The company is under no obligation to listen to the scheduling committee!".

Our reserve system: We got the "Long Call" - unless the company wants to make that a short call. The bucket system is based on your flight time more than your senority.

I don't like the Bonus factoring in longevity beyond 5 years. Of course, taxes will eat up most of it anyway...so it doesn't really matter.

I am not sure about MMG.

I am not sure about rigs. The concept of rigs is good. But I have a feeling it will actually create more 4 day trips for us....just not sure.

I am on the fence - leaning more toward a no vote. But then I too have my moments of apathy and think just vote yes and get this over with.

The rigs are great=ask anyone you know at Airtran.

They will have to build trips around 24 hours a week or hire about 300 more pilots. Which means you will have an average of 15-16 days off.

The bonus is like everything else in airline Seniority rules baby. And Profilt sharing. 401k every month. about

15-20 days more off a year for mini. day off.

The MMG how often do you fly under 70-75 hours (besides naps or reserve)
