Well the transfer of aircraft in the next two years you will take another pay cut and go back to the line=SMART !!
I am on the fence - leaning more toward a no vote. But then I too have my moments of apathy and think just vote yes and get this over with.
But give details..don't say language or commuter clause? I have ask several people details and they ramble about a few things, that amount to NOTHING!
Voting yes here in less than 24 hours and know alot more yes than nos.
Here ya go:
Pay cuts for the 44 hardest working pilots in the company. So much for no pilot left behind.
A commuter clause that leaves out ATL based pilots commuting in from vacation.
Integration.
Floating days off on reserve.
There should be 12 days off always.
Reserve call up is not seniority based for no-preference.
No PTO days.
Restrictions on trip drops.
Reserves can't pick up trips.
The signing bonus is half of what we lost over the last five years.
There's more, but that's what I come with in about 10 seconds.
Whew, I was starting to worry about you ASA guys...hadn't seen an ASA thread in weeks.
Glad to know you're all ok!
It's kinda like being in the Twilight Zone without the 7 or 8 ASA threads. What's up Wally? Yes, we're ok, thanks for asking. I'm not sure what is going to happen to FI though. It sure is strange logging on here now and not seeing 7 or 8 ASA threads on the first page. Kind of boring personally.
Oh well. How's your sister XPOO doing?
If you're doing ANY type of training because its more money, YOU'RE DOING IT FOR THE WRONG REASONS ANYWAY!!!!! Please do all of us a favor and go back to the line....You obviously haven't read the TA. We are returning to the line with the new contract.
