flybet, okay here is the deal, on my first day of SIM, my sim parnter pulls out his POM and starts going item by item on the acceptance check....the long version. He admitted to not bringing home his poster for studying the flows. Which showed since he did not know where anything was in the SIM. Okay and here is lesson 8.....he still did not know his profiles or his flows......then on our check ride, he could not pull it together enough to run a final flow for me. Did I mention he tried to turn me of course when I was briefing the approach...taking me out off the published approach! I caughed it...I passed and got a really nice quiet congrats from the check airman.....good job, your sim partner really made you work hard for it though...I guess that is how flying the line willbe!
Here is for you insulting me.....if you are at mesaba....you watch that arrogant mouth when you are in the crew room, we have no tolerance for arrogant new FO's......its the old FO's who will not stand for it oh, and i do not take lightly to your comments, guess what I will remember your flight info FLYBET3....used to live in st peter.....I will have some army stickers on my flight case....come talk to me.....I will set you straight on how to act like a mesaba pilot.....how cool our pilot group is.....how great our instructors are, how professional our check airmen are.......but I will say, when I was an FO, not knowing flows and profiles is unacceptable for an FO.........good day
