I am trying to get a interview with compass. Does anyone know if they will give you a travel pass to fly to the interview?

I fly part 91 now, no longer have flight benefits or able to jump seat.

Any other interview info would be appreciated.

Thanks

Part 1) Once you send your resume they will call you to set up an interview you just give them the date that you are available

Part 2) They will fed x you a package with their own application and other paperwork, fill everything out sign it then you could either mail it or fax it which is probably the easiest

Part 3) They will e-mail you your itinerary……………. then you are on the way for your
Dream!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have an interview on October 23rd. If hired where would I be sitting in terms of seniority? Also how many management types are on the last that will not be flying the line? Also how long from interview to acceptance letter to starting the home study course? Any info is appreciated.

1. I would guess in the 160-180 range. Just a guess but I started Sept 7 and I was 101. I expect this to go down to the 90's by training is done. There are talks of a lot of people leaving because of pay issues and not being captains like they were told. They want to run 6 people per week.

2. I have been told 10-15 management guys on that list of seniority.

3. I was emailed to accept the job just 2-3 days after I interviewed (they told me 2 weeks) As soon as you accept they begin your paperwork process. This generally takes 3-4 weeks. (the companies and gov have 30 days to fill out your paperwork) NWA will not allow Compass to have you start without it all complete. Seems really stupid cause the FAA allows you to train up to 30 days before the paperwork is complete.
In other words, expect 1 full month from your interview min till you go to MSP. After that you have another month till you go back to finish training. 2-2 1/2 months till full training starts.

You a QX'er?
