Premiums are 100% paid for by the company - we pay deductibles and/or co-pays as required as long as you stay in network. Costs obviously go up outside of network etc...

How are the medical benefits, coverage, etc... at NetJets? Thanks.

They're fantastic. As fly4ever said, the premiums are 100% company-paid for the medical, dental, and vision plans. (Similar plan through my wife's workplace would be about $500 a month.) We also use the optional Flexible Spending Account, which pulls out money pre-tax to use toward eligible expenses. Coverage starts your first day of class.

I'm very satisfied with it.

I am very happy with our medical plan. Company pays 100% of my entire families premium. I have to pick up the $20 co-payment though. Still, not a bad deal. I have, in the past, had some major medical issues with my family, nonetheless, I can report that dealing with Aetna has never been a big issue. I do know that other guys have had issues with Aetna. So, your mileage may vary.

Thanks guys. Have any of your wives/girlfriends delivered a child with this insurance? I just had a son 5 months ago and paid a fortune for the birth and delivery! My plan covered 80% after the deductible, do you have any idea how much your insurance covers on stuff like that?

My wife is currently pregnant. (What was I thinking???)

$20 co-pay for ALL of her doctor visits with the O.B.
$150 in hospital co-pay for her
$150 in hospital co-pay for the baby

Plus co-pays for various medicines

FWIW, she is having a c-section

I hope that helps.

Like everyone has said, it is a great benie. My wife and I had a 3 month premie and all I had to pay is $150 out of about $235,000. Everything payed 100%....thank you Netjets! :)

Management at Flex, are you listening????????????????

At the time, all cognitive activity was transfered to your "battle bridge" brain (the other head).

It's natural. This is the mechanism that insures survival of our species.

:pimp:

My only question is when do the charges for the babies CoPay kick in?

1st sight?

1st scream?

Umbilical cut?

I figured, What are the chances? We've done this before!

Apparently, they are pretty good.:crying:

Well, fisch. What were you thinking? I may have to seriously question the PIC judgement there:blush: Could be worse, though. Many of you know the NJA transfer to NJI whose wife just had TRIPLETS!!!!!??? Premature but apparently doing well.

He'll have a bit more in co-pays but Aetna and Netjets are doing the heavy financial lifting.

Good on ya Cocktail Bob!!

God told Adam I have some good news and some bad news. The good news is I gave you two heads, the bad news is I only gave you enough blood to run one at a time.
So you see it's not your fault man, Good Luck hope it all goes well!
