I heard through the grape vine that many higher senior people are staying well clear of the Q400. And the published list shows it up through 135 or so. Any of those listed more senior than 135 would be willing to share the reasons as to why and if those listed are going to deny it later can comment any thoughts.

What are the Colgan guys getting paid on the Q?

Would be tuff to live in Newark on that! But a crash pad in cracktown with about 10 people might work!

So I believe many of them are saying Thanks, but no thanks!!!

looks like its time to get some representation. Those rates are horrible!!

$43 for a 3-year captain on a Saab is nothing short of stealing from your employees. Thankfully I left before upgrading there

the Q sucks...pay sucks...life sucks...the lies suck....the kool-aid kids suck...not being alpa sucks...the northeast sucks...etc

Do you really think that ALPA is going to have leverage on the payscales? Commuter policies, etc. I'm not saying it won't help, but being PRO ALPA, i'm trying to think of some time frame before its voted in and a true change to some of this bull $hit that everyone is yappin about will take place.

Strike fast and hard. Come up with some realistic work rules maybe a small raise and your in the ball park. I think that's all anyone asks. The company want's you to go all out for them. They say thanks for the hard work, thanks for going above and beyond. Well it's time to get paid. You need to reap the rewards for years of hard work.

What is considered senior at Colgan? Three years?

Good call! I don't think anyone has pie-in-the-sky ideas about pay at CJC. A realistic / competitive raise would be good. Work rules are KEY however.

I think CJC pilots will continue to work very hard as long as their efforts are rewarded.

Well im seniority 175 and july 12 will be the beggining of the 3rd year. I'd say an average senior guy would be just short of 4 years

The crack house could be a good thing, at least while you're smoking it, your job and payscale would seem great!!!
