It's not that bad jeez. It's actually gotten better over the last few years. Just got new first day rules--better than nothing! It's a good place to work man, you made the right choice.

Don't know, the rules are different today than they were yesterday!! How about that out of seniority layoff a couple years back? I do like that 300 they fly though.

I'm assuming you were an Eagle pilot. If you live in the DFW area or one of the other gateways, I think you will like it here over bEagle. I was furloughed Eagle, and left ASA to come here. No regrets yet!

except for peak days, no showtimes before 5am. They can ask you, and if you accept, you get extra cash.

Word is the reason they went out of seniority for a few guys is because they were some bad apples. You could not find a single flex pilot who was upset about the pilots they layed off that were out of seniority. Once they got rid of the bad apples then they did it based on seniority.

Yeah thats what they said about the Fab 5 that got ahh not offered a job at FLOPS. Didn't they cash in after awhile? Yup.. What happens when someone doesn't like you and your name becomes Mr Apple? Fact is if they were bad apples then find where they did not do thier job and disclipine them appriopately. Don't just wave a gun around in a crowd.

Did your tag just say vote non-union? I would rather take my chances with a contract than just empty promises.
