I see that Elite air is looking for pilots--- AGAIN!! So, what's the scoop on this Florida operator? It seems the pilots are always departing the fix, also has anyone heard anything about Seagrave Aviation out of Kinston NC.
It has been said, that Elite pilots are always gone and fly junkie Lear 31's, any info on all the crap I have heard about any one of these companies?
Would also like info on the pay, benefits, time off, and in general, should I run to or away from these operators?

Do a search, read all the posts, then decide!!!!!Best advice is to move on to the next prospective employer!!! That is unless you like being dumped on NON-Stop,if that is the case then GO-for-it,dude!!!!

WTF? LOL!

I have heard that Elite Air is run by a pretty bright and intelligent lawyer that got into aviation and things just took off from there. He now drives a Global Express for some rich guy. Keep him away from hangar doors and small Cessnas and he's fine.
I know a couple people there and they seem very happy. Pay is top notch for the area and benefits are excellent through a spin-off company that the smart lawyer and his friend started.
As far as time off goes if the plane is not flying you are enjoying sunny Florida. The equipment may be a little old but the company culture makes up for it.

Is that you GRAY?! LOL. Come on man, have you ever really talked to the employees there? None are happy, the company right now has I think 2 or 3 lears and only one captain and one FO! I know this b/c a captain there just left. Secondly, the place wouldnt be so bad if they sold the trips out and back. But what they do is sell only the one way trip. So then they have their crews sit for weeks at a time in a hotel until they sell the trip. I know the CP, he's a good guy, but at the same time i feel like there is no "UNITY" in the pilot group. Oh yeah, one more thing, if the airplane is not flying you are enjoying either sunny florida, or cold and shi*ty detroit, or gay brokeback mountain. That's not time off! and no there is no gray area in the regs! A pilot waiting for a phone call all day b/c there is no trip "yet" is not TIME OFF. Time off is TIME OFF! which mean a pilot should be able to get SH*T FACED, or whatever b/c there are no calls to be expected. The moment you call a pilot for a trip, even if he was sitting around jerking his chicken then he was ON CALL THAT DAY, which mean he was not OFF. You know for a Lawyer you sure don't know how to read regulations.

Just a joke. Looks like your girlfriend is on crack. I was being totally sarcastic about my post about the Gibbster. How long did you work there, or do you still work there. I bet I know you. LMAO
