Got the email from Ms. Hernandez and am confirmed for an interview in CLT next Tuesday. Was curious what the "skills evaluation" is? I figured the basic aviation skills portion is an exam composed of ATP questions. I've done a search for gouge and the like elsewhere but there did not seem to be too much on that. Any feedback appreciated. PM me. Thank you.

I am thinking a flight test in a simulator....or could be a rubik's cube. Either way if you show up i am sure you will get the job.

all the gouge is on aviationinterviews.com but if you've done any research you should know better then to come to PSA. This is one of the worst all jet regionals to work for in the industry, you should really consider some other options!

Why do you say this? Have you based this opinion on prior experience or from what you have gathered from FI. Believe me, it can be much worse.

Well one of our Chief Pilots left to go elsewhere...
And from what i heard the CP makes 120hrs/month salary.
So figure $88/hr times 120hrs = why would you leave? Weekends off, holidays with your family, every night in your own bed...for that salary hell i might even spend a night in PNS once a year. Do the math...things must me wrong if you would leave all that.

He went to Southwest.

Check out skywest, comair, or republic I would not advise anyone to sign on with PSA. Please save yourself some grief. There are better places to work.

He is correct, I have worked for several different airlines now, and PSA was by far the worst of them. Not even close.

Thank you for your opinions but I asked for information in regards to the interview. With respect I should be allowed to decide what is best for me. I know there are lots of issues to consider and I can respect the fact that there are or could be reasons for not working at a specific company. I am not trying to flame or aggravate. I am merely seeking information on the interview, which has been confirmed so thanks. I am awaiting word from Skywest and Republic. I would be more than happy to accept an interview offer if they would contact me. But it seems they have alot of resumes to plow through. Thanks again.

I can definately 2nd that it is the worst all jet regional out there. I was even treated better at my previous 135 job (which is saying a lot). Look on here and compare the negative posts about PSA to the positive. I would imagine that you wont find one positive post about PSA in the last 2 years.....
