What about a guy who is in the, say, 1000/50 ballpark? Will the extra 400 or so total make up for the missing 50 multi?

Edit: That guy is me, and I'll likely have around 1100/75 when I'm ready to apply.

Apply now if you want a job. I've got a friend with your exact times and he just got hired by Mesa, they may not be the best one out there but he also got a call from ASA so it never hurts to apply.

Thanks, good to know. I probably won't be applying until early may because if I left now I'd leave my flight school in a bit of a bind. And it probably won't be to Mesa or ASA (reasons of which I won't get into), but it's good to know that there are guys with similar times getting interviews.

You could also try Comair, you are well within the hour range of just about all of the new hires I've spoken to.

If you're going to Comair, you could still apply now just to get the ball rolling. When you get hired, they let you choose your class date. Classes are starting every week, so just pick a later class date that will not screw over your current flight school.

Are they still doing all the sims in CVG? I had heard rumors (well, from a friend who's on IOE right now) that they were shipping guys out because there wasn't enough time open for all the new hires.
