80K in TX for managing a hawker does not seem to me like a bad gig especially for 300 hrs a year
why do you want more money
You are the only pilot on a salary and I apologize, but I don't see the problem
if you move your cost of living Will scream thru the roof
and you could delegate your aircraft responsibilities

If you read his post he has to pay taxes and everything else out of that so-called salary. READ no bennies or anything. 80K is crap anywhere when you get no bennies or nothing. He is no more than a contract pilot.

People like you are the reason that these people will pay like this because you would jump all over a situation like this.

80K might just be good enough if you have bennies, a 401k and do not have to pay your taxes out of that.

Wow-I have a friend in FL that is making what you make flying a C206T. He is an employee with all the bennies and he has the boss's credit card to make life on the road easier for all.
Cancel a few flights because the contract guys are unavailable-then see what he does.
At least you have some great experience from this. I doubt he will ever pay up. If he does you can bet that he was forced into it and he will be looking for your replacement soon. There is always some guy out there willing to do your job at half the price hoping to get his foot in the door.
I am so sick of hearing about these cheap azz aircraft owners.

CANUCIT.............
Why do i want more money?
Delegate my aircraft responsibility?(will cost him extra)
80K is enough?
Wow give me your resume You can have my job.
I refused the raise, am gonna stand up for this Sh*t

an its 75K not 80K there is a diffrence

I personally do not make 75k a year and I am very happy flying the hawker....
But I do have the bennies and jeesh dont get so bent

well why do you work for 75 or less flying a Hawker.

Does your boss get the cheapest doctor?
does he get the cheapest lawyer?
When my boss upgraded to the bigger A/C he paid more for Fuel,Mechanics, Hanger,Landing fees But he wanted the cheapest pilot The one guy who will ultimately save his life or kill him....Why I guess we all know why coz there is this one guy who will wh*re himself out for less.I am bent outta shape coz if he could spend 50K on a craps table he sure could pay 15K extra spread out in 12 calender months. But I am done peace out
