That is huge! I know a few pilots who said they would go to Eagle if they could only be guaranteed a base right off the bat, which it now sounds like Eagle is doing.

Good idea, I don't know why Eagle didn't implement it sooner.

Yep, left that out also. That is big, and should help the company recruit more pilots, that and the upgrade time is projected to drop, very, very quickly.

Well that is down from what they wanted in the mid and early 90's. Mins were 2000TT, 200or500 Multi (cant remeber which),10% of TT must be IFR, 135 time and turbine prefered. And that wasnt even competitve.
