heck I wish the group here at ASA has the brass ones that the CMR guys and gals do.

So the SkyWest pilots are scum, because we can say "no," but the ASA guys would be ok since they are under the clutches of the evil SkyWest empire, correct? I don't know of a single person at SkyWest that wants to see any other pilot group lose their flying (with the possible exception of GoJet....).

ASA pilots helped themselves when furloughed Delta guys came to work there.

Problem with SkyWest guys is the continued lack of union there. Doesn't make you guys evil or anything of that sort. However, it doesn't help that Skywest pilots enjoy what they have at the expense of other pilot groups fighting for what they have and OO managment offerring just enough carrot to keep unions off the property.

Additionally, I haven't heard much support from OO guys when they started getting our planes. Only celebrations of shorter upgrade. Most what you hear here and in the crewroom at ASA are a bunch of guys ticked off at having to fly Comair planes.

Grunt, you seem to be extremely more rational than waht we see from many OO guys on this site. Take it for what it is. It's a shi++y business we 're in. Guys taking the easy route at the expense of other pilot groups is not looked on kindly. That is the perception OO is beginning to generate for themselves. Whether or not you believe this matters not, it's what everyone else out there thinks... Including mainline.

Your pilots suck, you have a recent crash, you cost Delta hundreds of millions with that strike, your service sucks. So be it! I have nothing to lose by Comair shutting down. There are lots of regionals hiring right now and also ones that offer quicker upgrades. All or nothing is fine by me.

W lets the Comair pilots go on a 3 month strike in 2001, and a Clinton appointed judge blocks them from striking this week. Now explain to me how this indicates that an anti labor administration is responsible for this.
