A newhire starts on the reserve schedule (18 days a month, 4 hard days off), which pays $46,286. You can bid to stay on the reserve once you're off IOE (which may or may not be possible; it goes senior because it pays more [!]), or move to a 7-days-on, 7-off schedule, which pays $39000. Extra days, holidays, and such will pay more money.
Newhires are hired into pretty much all the airplanes except the BBJ (737) and the Falcon 2000EX, which pay more for FOs. (They're "Class 5" and "Class 4" airplanes in the contract, respectively.) FO pay for all the other planes is the same. Lots of newhires going into the Excel, which is a rapidly growing fleet. My newhire class a few months ago was about two-thirds Excel, and the rest scattered among the BeechJet (Hawker 400XP), Citation Encore, Hawker 800XP, and Citation X.
