I am not sure about the same tank capacity regarding the CR7 versus the CR9. However, the MTOW's are different which would allow the CR9 to carry more fuel in those same tanks. I would speculate that it is rare that the CR7 tanks are filled to capacity due to max payloads and restrictions on MTOW.

CR7 and CR9 have the same tank capacity. The CR9 having to fuel stop on the YYZ-SLC flight is a tank capacity problem. The CR7 having to stop on the ORD-YEG leg is a payload/weight problem.

Starting Mar 1. 1437NM, OUCH!!

Skywest is only doing that flight till we receive the 175s (or 190s) to cover that route. If mainline cant cover that route right now, passengers prefer the 175 over the pos 900 but since we do not have them yet, gotta use the pos 900.

It'll be ours down the road

Since when does MGMT care what pax want? Did I miss something?

Bingo! Develop the route and if more seats are needed, replace it with a bigger plane. With the 76 seater, there will not have to be as many seats discounted as compared to an MD90.

In regard to range, the CR9 should have no problem with that leg! After all, it is an 86 seat airplane that will have only 76 seats max.

BINGO Speedtape! Why did ALPA use scope as a remote control device to prevent this very use of SJs? You understand the use of these aircraft, yet ALPA has had a difficult time understanding just what you pointed out.

Why, so you guys can do a tanker stop due to that excessive .74 speed of yours!! SJ=Slow Junglejet!!:laugh:

By the way, get your head out of that picture! She is WAAAAAAYYYY to HOT for an RJ driver!!

hahahaha now that's funny. BTW 170 driver if Delta loves the EMB-170 so much why do my friends in SLC say they see less of you every week? In fact you had quite a presence there just a year ago. Now it has dwindled down quite a bit. Me thinks while maybe your plane is more comfortable it also sucks down a lot more gas. Sorry lower fuel burn = king in todays market. There is no such thing as a comfortable airplane ride anyway. You can brag about your comfort all you want but if it costs more then you have no competitive edge.
