When I was hired at AWAC I was told 2 1/2 to 3 years to upgrade. Either way will be mass movement. I we get the Midwest flying, we will need to hire to cover that flying. I we don't get it, you'll see a mass exodus as many won't stay citing the east coast commute and schedules. It's pretty sad to walk into the crewroom at 5AM and see the floors littered with air matresses and people sleeping on them as well.

Because you still can't get on and see anything without a login name. So anybody outside of AWAC can go there all they want, but they'll never be able to see anything at all.
