OK I know its been on here before, but where is your favorite layover?

One of my favorites was in Manhattan at the old Rosevelt Hotel. A quick train ride to Little Italy, and all the sightseeing you could want.

...Then there's Flint,... (sound of crickets chirping)

St. Martin-- Happy Hour at Sunset Beach Bar, 747s landing just feet over your head, and topless women... ummm, what more could a pilot want???

I dunno, the topless women I saw there were a little on the  side... Great overnight, though, along with AUA.

Amsterdam ain't a bad overnight...

Barcelona, Prague, Munich, Rio, and Lubbock.

Bye Bye--General Lee

PS--Islip (Ronkonkoma) and Harlingen were close.....

I second San Diego... gotta add San Jose del Cabo to the list too!

I agree, Amsterdam rocks! London, Paris and Frankfurt also are pretty fun, but expensive. Grand Cayman and Nassau are also pretty good. On the other hand, Tripoli, Libya, Damman, Saudi Arabia and anywhere in west Africa blow goats!

a Turn that gets me home in time for happy hour...
