I could probably fake my way thru a jumpseat ride on US Air if I stole a PSA uniform.
Careful, the TSA might be listening! (You don't--god help us--look like Leonardo DiCaprio, do you?)

1. When you argue with other members on topics so much that it sounds like you'd be at each others throats if in real life but in reality you'd give that guy the shirt off your back if he needed it. Its all about the brotherhood of flyin.

2. You realize this place is the worlds biggest crew room.

3. and you've made a post with more misspelled words than words spelled correctly.

"Or even worse ... you're a desk pilot and you know all these things. I could probably fake my way thru a jumpseat ride on US Air if I stole a PSA uniform. "

PSA and mainline uniforms are the same.

Catch Me If You Can II

A dorky desk-pilot scams US Airways to ride the A320 jumpseat all over the Northeast US while dressed as a PSA First Officer. With a lone, dried, two-day old Ramen noodle hanging off his chin, our hero winds his way across the East Coast on a food stamp robbery spree, pursued by a crack TSA officer played by Danny Devito.

:D

Jim Carrey would be more realistic. (Think of Me, Myself & Irene.)

you know you are a flight info geek when you update the hours in your profile after every flight.

or if you don't round your hours... you guys know who you are. I saw a decimal once... and the dude wasn't kidding.

You know you're a flight info geek when in your profile under ratings you put:

C172 Typed (you know who you are generaltso!)

But it's cool...I update my hours about every week. I know, I'm a dork but I'm darn proud of every one of those hours spent sitting on my backside!

Is it also bad to put on an old school leather aviators helmet and goggles when you type threads?!?!
 speaking of which, I need to go put that on!

If we weren't all aviation geeks, we'd be at the porn site instead of here!

Good post Eagleflip--for some reason, my wife got a real laugh out of it... TC

Actually, I go back and forth. I love that Alt-Tab button combo! :D
