Yankee Pitcher owner/pilot of Cr22 into building

Reports say he declared an emergency with a fuel problem. An eyewitness says he saw the plane come down in a "zipzag" decent.

It sounds like maybe he ran out of fuel or some other fuel problem and then got occupyed and stalled it.

He was probably too low to pull the chute, but to bad he couldn't have. He was around buildings anyways so it might not have worked.
