Just watching...who ever is giving you info on who we fly for isn't entirely correct. Yes, we do some flying for EJM and Sentient. It's a great way to keep the airplanes busy while we are on the east coast in the midst of our own retail charters. Citaition Shares, FlOps, Tag, Atlantic, Jet Aviation, and NetJets (directly) are also on the list of brokers who use us. I'm averaging 60+ hours a month...sure, we've got big bills, but we've got even bigger checks coming in.

I believe if you own Citation X's and you charter to netjets... you have to be making a fortune.

Charging hobbs time actuals to netjets ('directly' or not) is not making a fortune, trust me. Not to mention, Santulli isn't a big fan of the XO owner.

XOJet is a place where you are going to bust your butt! Its a start up, they have a lot of growing pains to work through. You must move to Sacramento to work there. These are the things you have to understand before you send your resume' in.

On the flip side, they have some very good people there, they have a goal like any other company. Are they going to be successful? Maybe, maybe not. But thats nothing new in our business. Investing your career in XOJet is like investing your money in stocks. You just don't know whats going to happen. That too is nothing new in our business. If you're looking help build a successful company, XOJet is where you want to be. If you have problems doing alot of the "Extracurricular" activities, then 9 out of 10 chances, its not.

be careful

Be careful. The facts are: within the last 12 months the D.O. quit, the V.P. of flight ops quit, at least 6 pilots have quit, and at least 6 mechanics have quit. The great schedule is 9 days on and 7 days off. The last pilots who quit were not paid their last paycheck. Not a great place.
