I think you can count me out, I have no flying job right now, also have 35 hrs safety pilot time.

Safety pilot time is PIC, how does anyone agrue with that
I think there argument is that you were not a required crewmember per the type certificate, not giving instruction, and you were not the sole manipulator of the controls...

It can't be too much of an issue, I know an Express Jet pilot that has over 200 hours of it and still got hired (back when the process was more difficult). It IS PIC time...probably not the preferred kind, but it's not illegally logged.

You are required if the person next to you can't see outside. As an instructor Im not the sole manipulator of the controls, so will they not count my 300 + hours of multi given time. I'm not worried about this but I think if people that have the time, legally, then they should get an interview

What about a guy who has 250+ SIC 121 and no multi PIC what-so-ever?

They should think higher of people that have 121 time than just mutli. why not just stay your job until you upgrade?

Maybe I am still alive, Dawn called me today and left a message. I returned her call but had to leave a message also. i'll try her again tomorrow.

Are you also multi current? Dawn told me last week that I had to be multi current. I guess 12 hrs in the last 12 months wasn't good enough even though I had 250 Multi PIC. She also asked if I had a full time flying job, to which I replied yes. Best of luck to you.

youneek28make sure make sure that this is all actual flight time and no sim time at all if your right at 600 that will not except sim even if it full motion D

I had 730 hrs multi-engine, 700+ hrs 121 SIC turbine, and maybe 15 hrs multi-engine PIC. No problem as far as I know for the lack of multi PIC. That must be a new requirement if it is in fact a requirement.

Yeah im definatly multi current, just havnt flown at all in about a month. I have been instructing in a sim but its not full time either so who knows.

no I subtracted my sim time after my comm rating so Im good there. I think that 600tt and 430 multi should give me a good chance. Two people from ATP in the ATL office got hired this week and I have the same hours, I really think they like ATP instructors.

Thanks for looking out for me
good luck to all
