Training should take about two months from start to finish and off IOE. Might be a little longer depending on how backed up there are. I think they are good about getting guys out. The training program is geared to succeed. If your putting the right amount of effort you should be fine. CLE is either one man's heaven or another's hell. Winters can be bad, movement is historically the slowist, and the lines are so so. CAL is recalling alot of pilot's still at express so this might change. But the crew's out of there tend to be alittle more friendly and finding a crash pad cheep with out any tranportation issues is very easy. Most pads are on the RTA line so a car might not be needed. The contract is done (waiting to be offically signed) but the training part has changed. So research it. It's a good company and a good place to work. I am sure you will see another fifty posts on how the contract sucks, CLE is not the place to go, and all the company dorks are in CLE. I have worked at other reg's. Just because the grass is greener it might have to cut more often. Free advice is what it is... this is probibly a better place to work at. Just remember its still a job and not a vaction.
