Good luck XJET.

Any idea how many pilots this will effect? I hope your management can figure out how to pull this off without furloughs, but I can't imagine a reduction of 30% of branded flying can be absorbed elsewhere. I hope I'm wrong.

I think we are finally seeing the beginning of the giant ******************** sandwhich we are all going to eat at some point.

Delta announced a reduction, AMR & Eagle have and now XJET. Just a matter of time before we all feel this pinch.

Branded is small already. The aircraft will get shifted to charter. I've been hearing that the COEX side is understaffed in EWR and CLE. We'll see how this affects staffing.

XJT is trying to distance themselves with the bad stations. Pretty much the only example I can think of to compare it to is the OJ Mayo situation with USC. USC is trying to be a typical shady university and hide behind the story that they were "unaware" of Mayo's wrongdoings. We know this isn't the case because they paid Reggie Bush a lot of money, and probably at least 43 other athletes or more. The school should be on probation for a variety of reasons, mainly because they keep paying students. I think XJT could use that money.

That's funny, there should be a new checklist for all regionals:
CA call-------------FO response
1. Frosted Tips---checked and dyed.
2. Backpack------check, full of tuna and AOPA mag.
3. Oakleys--------check, cleaned and croakied
4. Ipod-----------check, loaded with The Strokes and Coldplay
5. Hairgel---------check, Crew Gel Medium Hold and maximum shine.
