I enjoyed reading that article. Well I hope this ruling will finally bring forth a conclusion to this mess. Either they are going to liquidate or they are going to try like gangbusters to make a deal, any takers out there?

This thing won't be settled till at least march of 2007.

YPF:
Any background why another 6 months?
Will they have to replace the alleged senior leadership team, which has failed to jam this into place, and cost the company about 20 million.?
What does nwa do with the 70 seaters they need to allocate?

I think ol Billy P. said we'll know in 30 days whether we're in business or not on one of the Hitler Youth outttings to the bases.

If I had a $1 for every time I heard we will know in 30days. If this goes any longer even my dog is going to end up leaving me.
