Director of Detroit Hub Operations
You'll provide leadership, planning, development and management of all areas of the Detroit Hub operation. You will oversee all aspects of ground service operations, with ultimate responsibility for customer service and cost performance, as well as compliance with federal regulations. Qualified candidates will have 9-12 yrs exp leading airport customer service/ground operations for an airline or equivalent exp managing production processes. Bachelor's degree in business, aviation mgmt, engineering or related field is required. Excellent written & verbal communication skills, analytical and problem solving skills, and computer proficiency a must.
