guys it's a staffing issue. XJ always has run it too lean. The would rather step over a dollar to save a dime. We do have core group that works hard. But they are exploited. Our management doesn't care as long as their bonus options roll in from NWA.

You must be joking. Mesaba ground handling in DTW is just about the worst service in the entire industry
That's the opinion of the flight deck. The numbers are all that matter to Spanky. Looks like the performance is pretty good. Get rid of the disgruntled pilots and flight attendants and get the new COmpass crews online and life is good. I see you work for PCL. It aint the ramp's fault your operation sucks.
 
If you ask me, there isn't a company working with a red tail that doesn't suck. Good quality workers won't fix the problem.
