I didn't think the airbus actually needed pilots, but just systems monitors/button pushers. But I hear they fly OK with a pilot when it gets one.

You know, I'm trying to remember, but I think 44Kts of crosswind exceeds the max demonstrated x-wind component by about 10kts. Full flaps too! These guys are good!
 
I believe the phrase rhymes with "Klucking Bell"...Nice photo work...shame about the landing.
