Looks like a "feel-good" measure to me. I'm not trying to rain on the parade and I do think Tilton should be in prison; but how is this gonna make it happen?

The UA MEC has spent the last couple of years sending out e-mails telling everyone what's wrong -- as if they didn't know. That didn't fix anything. Now a website that no one but UA employees will look at. What will that fix?
