They probably couldn't find a coin to flip!

Mine was out on time too. Four 4 days and a 3 day, really looking forward to it.

Of course right after I posted (6:13) they were out. Still late though but maybe it takes awhile to get to where I live. :)

Early last month, maybe they're averaging em out lol

EASILY outdone, just insert "paying you correctly ain't one".

Is this an erj conspiracy? Over 10 years here, I have been paid incorrectly exactly once, and it was a mistake with a junior man pay. I never hear people on the crj side complaining about pay issues.

Rainmaker hasn't been fully reprogramed to comply with the ERJ CBA. And the frequency/amount of time that crew members spend doing emails, phone calls, and IOR's just to get paid correctly is asinine.

So no, it's not a "conspiracy". TFAYD...........

Helps when the company can staff the airline a little closer to what it needs to. Missed pretty bad on bodies. You guys not getting ALPA emails? Been a ton lately.

Aren't we losing something like 18 airplanes in Sept? I guess it 's hard to be staffed for both July and Sept.

Supposedly 19, 4-5 per month starting in Sept. FTDT changes start in January though and who knows how that'll affect staffing? I've heard it could increase staffing requirements 5-10%. Apparently some other carriers are preparing for an even bigger staffing impact.

In any case I think our staffing is a bit out of whack. We're apparently desperately short on 200 Captains for June & July, yet the DTW 700 reserves are getting bored to death with little to do.

It's fruitless to complain about this subject, either here or to management. It happens frequently enough that it has become SOP. We have many problems that management either can't or won't fix.

They sit in their offices being fed the information that the yes people they surround themselves with think they want to hear. The memo's they send out are the same stuff over and over, they just change the language to make it sound like something new.

Can't remember the last time I saw anyone from even middle management out on the line seeing how things really happen. Leaders get out there with the troops and lead.

We have a leadership vacuum at this company.....

Another rumor delta wants the 19 a little longer. Not sure though. I just heard this while I was on the otherside of the runways. Take it for whatever.

It wouldn't be the first time something like that happened. Sadly it doesn't sound like management has been trying to staff for that possibility. If we can't we may wind up losing them even sooner than expected.
