It is recommended in the AIM, but buzzing a wildlife refuge is a good way to tick off a park ranger. Its one of those things, its recommended, might as well not test boundaries. :cool:

It is also on a sectional, at least the Twin Cities sectional near the listing for the special use airspace inside the front flap.

All in all, a park ranger is the least of my worries while flying. Tell the park ranger that you'll plant a tree and they'll shut up... :D
