I've just heard on the grapevine from an EXTREMELY reliable inside source that Colgan has spoken to a particular party about purchasing 5 Saab 2000's. Aparently they have reached a deal in principle and are just going through the leasing/financing arrangements now.

It's expected that upgrade classes should start in late June.

So who's gonna bid the 2000 ????

Sorry. April Fools :)

You think anyone will notice anything different about April Fools Day on FI.com?

Doubt it.

I just heard that the entire Colgan family has joined Jenny Craig....

What is funny is you taking a 1900 check ride

LOL! You can say what you like about the company but stuff like this goes to show that the colgan pilot group are top notch with a great sense of humour :)

What is funny is you "NOT" thinking we know who you are.

The buffet jokes NEVER get old... If the shoe fits, eat it!

Remember just like in any relationship....the key to a person's heart is usually through the stomach....so in some companies if you want a base or something you send a case of Scotch or Bottle of Wine to the person in Charge of the assignments....at Colgan it seems easier to just get a Gift Certificate to The Old Country Buffet....hey do what works right! Might even be cheaper to send the gift certificates......

I think its time for a Former Colgan reunion party. Any thoughts???
