Do the fractionals not require ARGUS Gold/Platinum and/or Wyvern certification for their charter subcontractors? Also, in NJA's case, wouldn't they place their owners on EJM airplanes before any outside vendors?

I certainly wouldn't hesitate to put my loved ones (or our company's employees) on any ISBAO-certified charter operator.

Hi!

I have read (no 1st hand knowledge) that the certifications mentioned above can be obtained by "pencil-whipping" the organization's paperwork, and having the certification may not reflect at all on the quality of the company with the certification.
