All is well. Not sure what happened. I highly doubt the runway had ice or snow. Early rumors are pointing to an aircraft problem. The plane already left Kuwait.
 
He was doing a 180 at the end of the runway. Runway was wet and the nosegear slid off the pavement. It wasn't a big deal.
