Can anyone provide details on pay, crew bases, benefits, schedule, general working conditions at World Airways? Thank you for your time those who respond!!!

-65 hr per month min
$1000 per month while in training
-1st year $35 an hr
-2nd year 60-75 depending on seat/equip
-home based-they buy you an economy class ticket to where the plane is-costs you $100 a month
-401k(no company match),retirement plan(nnot so good though better than nothing),good medical/dental,jumpseat on most carriers
-junior guys(open flyers) bid 6 hard days off a month,6 soft days assigned retroactively-can be bought back by company-open flying is basically an 8 hour call back reserve while you sit at home or your cell phone.
-world is a charter airline-they don't do scheduled service-a real eye opener for some folks.
-depending on the position-sim training sessions have a tendency to fell like check rides-and should be prepared for as such
-the people you spend the most time with-the pilots- are probably the best folks I've ever worked with
-expect to be dicked around by crew scheduling
-if you know some one at world they can get you an interview
