What they look for:

I interviewed with World back in July, and there were 8 of us there. Out of the 8, all 8 had jet time. About half of us had international/heavy jet time. The other half were commuter RJ captains. I think everyone either had a letter of REC, or attended a job fair and met RK in person. I accept employment elsewhere, so I am not sure if the hiring practices have changed any. All in all, seemed like a good company if you don't mind flying some long trips..

Few and far between. I haven't had a long one in a while (STS). In fact, I'm going to bid open in a couple months for some exciting flying. Our bid lines can be a bit boring, and low on flying time.
