we are in the process of reviewing our work schedule. our dispatchers are wanting some feedback on how other carriers are scheduling their dispatchers (for example: 4 on 3 off, 10 hour shifts). thanks.

We have 5-2-5-3, 4-4, and 3-3 for management positions and ATC. 8 hour, 9 hour, 12 hour shifts respectively.

Supposedly 4 on 3 off, more often 4 day and 5 day weeks mixed in, all 10 hour days, the occasional 6 day week. Schedule received anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 days before the new month begins.

At XNA it was 4on-3off, 3on-4off 12 hrs (8a-8p or 8p-8a) with 4 dxrs. Now it's 7on-0off 12hrs (8a-8p or 8p-8a) with 2 dxrs. Days off! What were those again?
:puke:
Holidays and C-net are a b*tch...

"boxes don't b*tch, just the pilots" :crying:
