Reserves 11 days off.
Lineholders up to 19 days off.
Unlimited extensions on reserve. Neverending reserve for EMB, but props are quick to a line.
Live in base and you can work the system, have a long commute and you're stuck.
Low morale abounds, but good crews and a large variety of overnights. I think ORD has over 60.
