What are the damages? What did she lose? "A cleaning crew eventually roused her . . ." Doesn't sound too distressed to me. Then, she had to answer some questions from TSA - Oh the agony. Perhaps she should sue TSA for their barbaric policies.

Again, the crew should rightly be held accountable. But, doesn't having a dog-tired crew, who's main focus is hitting a pillow for a decadent five hours of sleep on a scheduled reduced rest, raise ANY concerns?

I don't think its right to judge her. She might have been under medication or had a long international flight, kid kept her up all night..etc.

My mother had undiagnosed dimentia the last time I put her on a plane. The Northwest DC-9 arrived late at night in Billings and I spent an hour looking for her...even asking the crew as they left the plane if they'd seen her. Nope.
I later found her in the terminal and asked where she was? Turns out she used the lav for a long time after landing and when she came out... the plane was COMPLETELY EMPTY! As a seasoned airline pilot, the deficiency of the flight crew and airport security didn't surprise me.
Looks like I missed an opportunity to sue by todays' standard of entitlement mentality.
