Does anybody have any recent scoop on ground school dates?

I talked to Kim U. last week and she said I would be in the end of the third quarter or beginning of the fourth quarter. I interviewed at the end of January.

I'm guessing it'll be Sept. but who knows. Looking like it'll be longer than shorter.

Congratulations! When did you interview?

Ahh, found it...10/14...makes sense timewise...that means one rumor is coming true - 2 classes in April - so now I'm expecting 1 in May, 2 in June, and then 1 in July as per that original rumor...we'll see

Does anyone know how many are left in the pool after the 2 classes in April. I'm still lingering in the area of August, I think. Is July the last "rumored" class of the year?

My understanding is total pilot need remains at 380-430 for the year based on the known amount of aircraft being delivered from Boeing. That shouldn't change unless it moves UP because we get additional leased aircraft. Considering as of today less than 170 of those pilots are on property I can't see how classes wouldn't continue on a steady pace (1 to 2 per month) for the rest of the year.
