Very happy with Wings.... had mortgage, four car loans over the last 10 years including one about a month ago.

Dealer asked what rate I got on the loan, I said 4.5% (through Wings).... his jaw dropped.

Same here. I used it to leverage myself a better rate through the dealer a couple of cars ago. At the time, Wings' rate was 4.75%, and that was damned good. The finance guy at the dealer really wanted my business (800 credit score), so he offered me 4.25%, even though their normal rate would have been nearly 6% for someone with average credit. Needless to say, I took it.

I have been with them since I opened my first account as a kid. I have never had an issue. They have been great!

I have been with NWAFCU / Wings CU for 14 years. Never had a problem with them and have always been happy with them. Sorry to hear about your bad experience and it's too bad they didn't make good on your complaint.
