Should be interesting, both parties are heavily lobbied and laywered up with a lot of politicians in their pockets. I think SouthWest was slightly ahead and then JetBlue said they want gates at DAL which sent SouthWest management into a tailspin. They actually said JetBlue should go to DFW. As it stands AA is paying rent on a concourse at DAL they leased in order to force Legend out of business and it's possible that the old Braniff terminal refurbished by Legend could be used. Yep, interesting times.
