Hello all,

I'm looking to do HF Aviation monitoring and scanning of frequencies in memory. I'm used to hardware units such as an R75, which are no longer made. Will SDRPlay be able to be used for HF monitoring and scanning? I'm very unfamiliar with how the software works.

It depends on the software program you're using. The SDRPlay is a very capable unit - I've had one for years and do a lot of ADS-B monitoring with it. Check out the program "SDR#". There are many "plug-ins" available, and I think I recall reading about a scanning plug-in before
