We need to put an end to the automatic citizenship just because a person is born in the US. This would solve a lot of problems as well.

Hey now, I just want them to come here legally or stay home. Besides, when the CA state senate actively encourages illegal (latino) immigration to California, it just seems logical that they could make a seamless transition to Mexican state. California would instantly rejuvenate the Mexican economy and make it less attractive to come to America.

Of course, when all the US State and Federal handouts cease the instant California becomes Mexican territory (like the Reconquista movement and La Raza want), being "Mexican" instead of "Gringo" might not seem like such a good deal anymore to our hard-working illegal aliens.
